This Privacy Policy explains how VO Greentech Sunrays Private Limited (“VO Greentech Sunrays”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information collected through vogreentechsunrays.com, its enquiry forms and website chat, and related communications about our solar services.

The enquiry form identifies required fields. Without those details, we may be unable to respond or assess your request. Please do not enter passwords, payment card details, identity-document numbers or unrelated sensitive information into the form or chat.

3. Why we use your information

We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, discuss solar options, arrange site visits, prepare proposals, manage project communications, provide agreed services and support, and maintain records of our dealings with you. Technical information helps operate, protect and understand the use of the website.

The website host may keep technical access and security logs.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser and use any consent controls presented by the service. Blocking scripts or cookies may affect embedded forms or chat. You can still contact us by phone or email. Deleting browser cookies does not automatically delete enquiry records already sent to us.

Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram open external services. Using those services is subject to their own privacy policies and account settings. We do not control their independent collection or use of information.
