What a site visit checks

- A suitable location for an inverter and any battery equipment.
- Operating needs, future loads and a practical maintenance route.
Keep a recent electricity bill and clear roof photos ready. A bill helps begin the assessment, while the visit checks details that photographs may miss.
Grid connection, net metering and subsidy questions
Grid-connected projects depend on the requirements of the electricity provider serving the property. Delhi and neighbouring NCR cities do not all follow the same approval process. Check the DISCOM named on your bill and confirm applicable requirements before choosing equipment.

Compare the full proposal
Ask for equipment specifications, capacity, mounting, electrical protections, civil work, taxes, commissioning, payment stages and warranties in writing. Compare the same scope across quotes. The cheapest panel price alone will not explain the total installation cost.
Discuss cleaning access, service visits and fault support at the proposal stage. Maintenance arrangements should state the covered tasks and exclusions.
