1. Website operator and scope
This website is operated by VO Greentech Sunrays Private Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”), with contact address at 2448 FF, Shardanandan Marg, G.B. Road, Chandni Chowk, New Delhi 110006, Delhi, India. These Terms & Conditions explain the basis on which you may use our website and request information about our solar services.
Using the website does not by itself create an installation contract. Any supply, installation, maintenance or other paid service is subject to the written quotation, accepted scope, order or agreement issued for that project. Those agreed project terms govern the specific transaction. These website terms do not override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Enquiries and consultations
Please provide accurate contact and project details and make enquiries only on your own behalf or with appropriate authority. A submitted form is a request for contact. It is not confirmation of site suitability, an accepted order, a reserved appointment or a guaranteed price.
Initial consultancy is offered without charge. Free site visits are subject to location, practical access and availability, which the team will confirm with you. Any additional paid assessment or work must be discussed and agreed before it is undertaken.
Automated acknowledgements or chat responses do not replace a written project proposal. Please seek confirmation from the team before relying on any preliminary statement to make a purchase or site alteration.
3. Site assessment and system design
A suitable solar design depends on usable roof space, shading, structural condition, electricity usage, sanctioned load, grid conditions, access and the equipment selected. Recommendations based only on preliminary information may change after a site assessment or technical review.
You are responsible for disclosing known site issues and ensuring that you have the necessary property-owner, landlord, society or other permissions. The allocation of structural assessments, roof strengthening, civil work, access arrangements and electrical upgrades must be stated in the project scope. Do not begin such work solely on the basis of website content.
4. Quotations, payments and project changes
The written proposal should identify system capacity, principal equipment, installation scope, price, taxes, payment stages, exclusions, validity period and anticipated timelines. No price, discount or equipment specification is binding unless included in an accepted proposal or agreement.
Changes in site conditions, requested scope, equipment availability or approval requirements may require a revised proposal. Any material change to agreed work or charges should be recorded and accepted before the additional work proceeds.
This website does not collect payment card details or process online payments. Use only the payment instructions confirmed through the company’s official contact channels for your accepted project.
5. Generation, savings, subsidies and approvals
Generation and savings estimates are indicative unless an express written performance commitment forms part of the project agreement. Actual results depend on weather, shading, orientation, equipment, maintenance, consumption, tariffs and grid availability.
Subsidy eligibility, funding, amounts, processing times, net-metering permission and other regulatory approvals are determined by the relevant authority, scheme or electricity provider. Assistance with an application does not guarantee approval or payment. Verify current requirements before committing to a project.
An ordinary on-grid system generally does not supply power during a grid outage. Backup capability depends on a suitably designed and configured system, compatible equipment and, where applicable, battery storage.
6. Installation, access and handover
Installation dates and completion estimates depend on agreed payments, equipment availability, safe access, site readiness, weather and required permissions. The project agreement should state the expected sequence, responsibilities and how delays are communicated.
Please provide safe access and accurate site information, and keep unauthorised people away from working areas. Electrical equipment must be installed, commissioned and serviced by appropriately qualified personnel. Do not attempt to open, alter or repair system components based on website illustrations or general guidance.
7. Warranties, maintenance and service packages
Equipment and workmanship warranties are those expressly set out in the accepted proposal and applicable warranty documents. Manufacturer warranty conditions, exclusions, claim processes and maintenance requirements may differ by component. The website does not create an additional blanket warranty.
Annual maintenance and first-year service offers apply only as specified in your proposal or service agreement. In particular, any offer of four first-year visits must identify the covered work, schedule, location, exclusions and applicable charges. Replacement parts, cleaning, emergency visits and repairs are not automatically included unless stated.
Keep handover and warranty documents, follow operating guidance, and report a fault through the published contact channels. The team will clarify the applicable service route.
8. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
You may withdraw a website enquiry without an enquiry cancellation fee. Please let the team know promptly if you no longer require a consultation or need to reschedule a visit.
Once a project has been accepted or equipment ordered, cancellation, rescheduling and any refund depend on the agreed written terms, work already performed, committed equipment and applicable law. There is no universal refund period or cancellation percentage stated by this website. Ask for these arrangements in writing before paying an advance.
No term here removes a refund, remedy or other consumer right that applies by law.
9. Permitted use, content and illustrations
You may use this website to learn about our services and make legitimate enquiries. Do not submit misleading information, spam or unlawful material, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorised access, or misuse another person’s information.
Website text, branding, graphics and other materials are owned by or used with permission by the relevant rights holders. You may view them for personal or business evaluation of our services. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
Solar images on this website are 3D architectural illustrations inspired by North Indian buildings. They are not representations that the pictured properties are completed VO Greentech Sunrays projects, and they are not technical installation drawings. Request project references and a site-specific design when evaluating a proposal.
10. External services and availability
Forms and chat use third-party services, and social links take you to external platforms. Their availability and independent terms are outside our control. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about enquiry handling and website tracking.
We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but errors, interruptions and outdated information can occur. Confirm material project details with the team. If a form does not confirm receipt, contact us by phone or email rather than assuming an enquiry was delivered.
11. Responsibility and applicable rights
Decisions about a solar installation should be based on a site assessment and an accepted written proposal, rather than general website content. Responsibility for project delivery, warranties and remedies is determined by the applicable agreement and law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by unauthorised use of the website, inaccurate information supplied by a user, or third-party websites outside our control. This is not an exclusion of liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any obligation or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Questions, disputes and changes
For questions or concerns, contact vogreentechsunrays@gmail.com, +91 99588 18208 or +91 87918 72647. Include the relevant quotation or order reference and a brief description so the team can review the matter.
These website terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute forum or process must respect applicable law and any valid project agreement; nothing here restricts a consumer’s mandatory statutory remedies.
We may update these website terms. Changes will be published with the updated date and do not automatically change the terms of an existing accepted project agreement.
