Our offices are in Delhi and Aligarh. Visits and installation schedules are confirmed for each location, after we understand the scope and practical service arrangements.

Choose solar around your electricity use

For a home, begin with recent bills, roof photographs and the appliances you want to run during an outage. A shop or office should also share opening hours. Factories and warehouses should include load patterns, roof drawings if available, and planned additions to equipment.

On-grid systems, off-grid systems and hybrid systems serve different needs. A standard grid-connected installation does not supply backup power during a grid outage. Discuss battery and inverter requirements if backup is a priority.

Plan for your local conditions

Roof design needs to account for nearby shade, local weather, access and the condition of the building. Consider dust and cleaning access on busy urban roofs, drainage before the monsoon, and structural and wind-load checks for elevated mounting. Conditions in hill locations may require a different design from a plains rooftop.

These are site-assessment questions. Photographs help the initial discussion, but a site-specific technical review should determine the final design.

Check your electricity provider and permissions

Your state, electricity provider, tariff category, sanctioned load and meter connection affect the grid-connection process. Share the DISCOM name shown on your bill so the proposal can identify the applicable application steps.

Subsidies and net metering depend on eligibility and official approval. Check current information through the PM Surya Ghar portal and your electricity provider. Get the agreed application support in writing.
